After lunch they skied some more until 4:00, they then piled into the van and went back to the house. They hung out together and watched a couple of chick-flicks (much to the guys' disappointment). After dinner they all held hands and prayed aloud. Gwen ended up holding hands with Ron and Ally. She was so nervous. Partly because she was holding hands with Ron and partly because she had to pray aloud, which she dreaded. When it came to be time for her to pray, she did quickly, and sighed with relief. After they were done praying, they played a game of Apples to Apples before heading off to bed.
That night Gwen dreamed that Ron came to her and put something in her hand, when she woke up there was a piece of paper in her hand. It was shaped like a heart and had the words: Ron's Heart. The other side had the words: Gwen, I Love You. Gwen stared at the paper, unable to believe it. She must be dreaming. Ally woke up just then and Gwen showed her the paper. Ally broke into a grin.
"He loves you," she whispered.
"No he doesn't this is a sick joke. He knows I like him and is doing this, or someone else is."
"Gwen, he isn't like that and neither are any of the guys. No one here would do that. The seniors might have, but they're not here anymore. Besides, why wouldn't he like you."
"I still think it's a joke," Gwen said as she got up and went to get dressed. Minutes later she and Ally sat at the table eating. They were soon joined by Ron and Jeremy.
"Good Morning," Jeremy said cheerfully.
"Morning" Ally said, not so cheerfully. She wasn't very much a morning person. Gwen just gave him a smile, and one to Ron.
"You have a good sleep?" Ron asked. Gwen turned to him, and wondered if he was asking about the paper.
"Yes, you?" Gwen replied.
"Yep, slept like a baby," Ron said giving Gwen a shy smile. Gwen smiled back, but said nothing. The four ate in silence after that. Soon after, all the skiers were getting ready to leave for the mountain. Ally and Gwen were walking to the van when Ally slipped on the ice. She was about to hit the hard, cold ground when strong arms gripped her firmly, and kept her from falling. The arms secured her on her feet, and Ally turned to see Jeremy.
"Thanks," Ally said shyly, smiling.
"No problem," he flashed her a grin. "Be careful," Ally carefully walked to the car, and got in. During the car ride, Gwen noticed Ron giving her sidelong glances. She wondered what that was about.
They arrived at the mountain, and Ally, Gwen, Ron,and Jeremy decided to stick with the bunny slope for a bit. When the four started walking, Gwen debated talking to Ron about the heart. She fingered it in her pocket. Finally she decided to say something.
"Ron," she said.
"Yeah," he replied turning to her.
"Here," she handed him the heart.
"I don't want it," he said. "It's yours Gwen. My heart is yours."
"Really?"
"Yes, from the moment I first saw you, my heart beat faster, you were so pretty. Since then I have grown to love you. You have bewitched me body and soul. I love you, always have, and always will." Gwen smiled, and pocketed the heart before they kissed. When their lips met Gwen tingled all over. She got chills, and not because of the cold. Ally turned back to see them kissing and smiled. Jeremy turned too, and smiled too. They did a couple of wolf whistles.
"Oh go ski already," Ron said before kissing Gwen again. Jeremy and Ally laughed, and continued walking.
Ally tried to ski down the mountain, falling again. Everyone had left to go to ski down the real mountain. Gwen had wanted to stay behind, saying she shouldn't leave Ally alone, but Ally had told her to go, be with her boyfriend (the two girls had giggled over that). Ally said she'd be fine, who could get hurt on the bunny slopes? Now she was glad they'd all left. She didn't want to be embarrassed in front of everyone. Especially Jeremy, who Ally had realized she liked a lot, maybe loved. She sighed as she got up again. She continued to ski, when another skier came up right next to her. She was about to yell at the skier for skiing so close to her when she looked up. It was Jeremy. The two stopped skiing to talk.
"Hey, I thought you went to the real slope."
"No, I decided to come back here. You shouldn't be alone."
"Oh you don't have to," Ally said.
"I know. I want to," Ally looked up at this. She stared into his eyes, and before she knew what was happening, they were about to kiss. She didn't know who leaned forward the extra bit, but they were kissing, and fireworks went off in her head. Suddenly Jeremy pulled away. "I_I'm sorry," he said stammering. "I shouldn't have done that."
"Why not?"
"I mean you're so cool, and I'm_I'm_"
"A great guy," Ally said smiling. Jeremy broke into a huge grin.
"You really think so?"
"Yeah,"
"I'm glad you think so because...I love you." The words were uttered in a rush, and Ally wasn't sure she heard them right.
"What?"
"I love you," this time Ally heard them. "I love you, from the first moment we met, but I thought you liked Logan, so I never said anything. I was going to tell you the first day we went skiing. That's why I took the lesson. Then Logan came along. I was so jealous of all the attention he gave you. I wanted to give that attention to you. Have you in my arms, but I kept silent. Until I believed you actually might like me. Do you?"
"Yes, Jeremy. I love you," Ally said smiling. Jeremy smiled and the two kissed again. Suddenly the two heard wolf whistles. They broke apart to see Gwen and Ron standing at the base of the bunny hill, not far from them.
"So this is where you went off to," Ron said smiling.
"You said you were only going to be a minute," Gwen said smiling also.
"We came looking for you, and lookie where you were."
"Oh shut up," Jeremy said sighing, but was smiling. Jeremy and Ally skied down to meet their two friends. Together the foursome headed to the lodge.

The Ski Trip Part V
Hours later Calvin, Jeremy, Ally, Gwen, and Ron all headed to the ski lodge. They were going to meet up with John and the rest of the skiers and have lunch. The ski lodge was very crowded and they walked around searching for a free table. They finally found one that had a couple bags underneath the table, but no people sitting at it. They all sat down at the table, but the guys soon left to go get food. Ally and Gwen volunteered to stay at the table so no one could take it, and wait for everyone else to arrive. They were sitting talking when three guys came up. They were kinda cute and when they saw the girls, they smiled.
"Hey," said one guy with reddish-brown hair
"Hey," Gwen said.
"You two mind if we sit with you?" Asked another who had platinum blonde hair.
"Yeah, we kinda put our stuff here." The third guy-who had maroon/black hair- said.
"Oh, sorry," Gwen said.
"There were no other tables left, and no one was here..." Ally explained quickly.
"It's cool," said the blonde. Just then Calvin, Jeremy, and Ron came up carrying trays full of food. "Hey," they said setting their trays down before they noticed the three other guys.
"Did we take your table?" Ron asked.
"Kinda, but it's cool," the maroon guy said. "We were just about to go back to ski," they grabbed their bags and left.
"You guys can go get your food now," Jeremy said. Ally and Gwen eyed the burnt pizza and soggy fries.
"We're gonna go for a walk instead," Gwen said after exchanging a look with Ally. "Can you tell the others when they get back where we've gone."
"Sure," Jeremy said before biting into a burger. The two girls put on their coats and left the lodge going out into the winter air.
They walked for a bit in silence. Their boots making crunching sounds as they walked. As they walked they thought of different things. Ally thought of painting this place, the snow covered mountains, minus the ski lifts and all the skiers. She loved painting, and was working on her painting skills. Gwen thought of photographing this place. She loved photography and the skiers and the snow would make an excellent picture. Ally was the first to speak.
"I like it here," she said.
"Me too," Gwen nodded.
"I wish I could ski better so I could enjoy it better."
"With practice you'll get better."
"I hope," suddenly they spotted John and the rest of the group and heading back to the lodge.
Hey Gwen you wanna help me write this story? I've hit a writer's block, plus I'll be at my grandparent's for a couple days. So if you feel like taking this story somewhere, be my guest!

The Ski Trip Part IV
Ally sighed as she took off her skis so she could get back up from her fallen position. It was like the fifth time she fell. She was so not having fun. Especially since she was the only one having this much trouble, Ron and Calvin were already skiing from the top of the bunny hill down without any trouble. Ally sighed again as she slipped trying to get up and fell backwards. She just laid there in the snow hoping no one was paying attention to her. Hoping Logan was no where in sight. As she laid there suddenly a skier stopped right next to her. It was Jeremy.
"You ok?"
"I guess," Ally said casually. Pretending that laying on the ground was perfectly normal.
"Do you need help getting up?"He asked. Ally decided to cut the bravado act, she nodded. "Ok, give me you hand," Ally took the pole out of it and gave it to him. He pulled her to her feet.
"Thank you," Ally said giving him a small smile. He gave her a small smile back. Just then Gwen came up, perfectly at home on skis.
"Hey guys,"
"Hey Gwen," Ally replied as she put her skis back on.
"How you doing Ally?"
"Ok, being my normal clumsy, non-athletic self," Ally gave a small smile as she said this.
"You'll get the hang of it, you need to practice."
"I will," Ally said, promising herself to keep to it. Gwen smiled.
"Good," she said before skiing off. Ally's skis where now on, and she was ready to ski.
"You ok now?" Jeremy asked.
"Yeah, thanks," Ally said smiling.
"No problem," he skied off. Ally pondered Jeremy for a moment, but had other pressing matters that she forgot about him. She was sliding down the hill. Ohmigosh, she thought scared as she started sliding faster. What do I do? What do I do? Just then a skier came sideways and stopped her, but she fell backwards. Not again! She took off her skis then looked up at the skier, it was Logan.
"Hey, need help?" Ally nodded and he held out his hand, Ally laid her pole down then laid her hand in his, he pulled her to her feet. "I think you need to learn how to slow down and stop."
"I probably should," Ally smiled.
"Ok now to stop you have to do this," he skiied forward a bit, then turned his skis so he would stop. Ally mimicked him and stopped also. "Great job!" He gave her a huge smile and she smiled back. She was distracted because she saw Gwen fall right into the small ditch on the side of the top of the bunny hill. Seconds after her fall Ron came up and stopped right above her. Ally could see him help her up. Ally smiled and focused her attention on Logan.
Gwen looked up at Ron.
"Hey, need help?"
"Yes, unfortunately," Gwen smiled. He smiled back and Gwen's heart fluttered.
"Here let me help," He took off his skis and stepped into the ditch. Gwen was in such a position that she couldn't take hers off. He took his pole and pushed it into the hole that would release her ski.He did the other one and held out his hand , Gwen took it feeling the electric shock.
"Thank you," she said.
"No problem. Gwen I..." Gwen held her breath. "Hope you are having fun. Are you?"
"Yeah," Gwen said letting the air come out, hoping it didn't come out in a sigh. "Loads. You?"
"Yep, well bye," he skied off and Gwen sighed.

The Ski Trip Part III
Ally couldn't believe it. Perfect blonde guy was going to teach her to ski. She gave him a small smile.
"Hey," she said, hoping her voice sounded normal. He gave her a dazzling smile.
"Hey," he said so beautifully Ally almost melted. "So what are your names?" He asked starting with John.
"I'm Mr. Smith, but everyone calls me John."
"Ron. "
"Calvin."
"Jeremy."
"Gwen," Gwen said smiling. He gave her a smile back. Ally was the last and he turned to her expectantly.
"Ally," she said as normally as she could. He gave her another winning smile.
"Great. Now let's get started. Have any of you guys skied before?" Gwen, Jeremy, and John raised their hands. "Ok, so you three who haven't come over here," he backed away from the group and Calvin, Ron, and Ally followed. "Good, now here's how to put your skis on," he showed them and everyone copied. "Good, now I need a volunteer." No one volunteered. "Come on, don't be shy."
"I guess I will," Ally said.
"Great, come stand next to me," Ally did. "Ok so this is how you start out skiing, hand me your pole," Ally did. "Now you hold it like this and you loop the hook around like this," he took Ally's hand and put the hook around her hand. He gave her the other pole. "You try," Ally did and he smiled.
"How do you do it?" Gwen asked. Ally exchanged a smile with her. "I forgot," though Ally knew she didn't. Logan walked over to her, took her hand and looped it around her hand. Then Gwen copied it with her other pole.
"Ok, everyone did it?"When everyone nodded, he continued.
As the lesson progressed Gwen faked not knowing somethings just to get Logan to show her personally. He was so cute, she just couldn't help it. Once when Logan was showing her how to do something, and was very close, she saw Ron looked mad. Could he be jealous? Gwen immediately forgot about Logan. Could Ron be jealous of the fact that Logan was so close to her? Gwen dismissed that idea. He was no doubt angry that he couldn't do that to Ariel, a senior who Gwen thought he had liked. Thankfully she had left for college. Logan had finished showing her and moved onto Ally who was unable to do the pizza pie. Gwen saw Ally looked frustrated, and Gwen figured she wasn't faking. She hoped Ally would have more fun tomorrow. It was then that Gwen noticed Jeremy staring at Logan and Ally - though everyone else was too because he was showing them all how to do the pizza pie- but not everyone else had that pained look that he did. Gwen wondered at this, but soon forgot all about it.

The Ski Trip Part II
Ally and Gwen woke up to the sound of their cellphone alarms. Gwen had dreamed all last night of Ron, ans sighed as she woke up.
"I dreamed of him," Gwen told Ally. Ally nodded knowing who she meant.
"Good dream?"
"Very good," Gwen said thinking of the dream where Ron had asked her out,and they kissed right before she woke up. "Oh if only it had happened."
"Maybe it will," Ally said. "It coming true is more likely than my dream coming true."
"Well what's yours?" Ally always had weird dreams.
"I am so good at skiing that I go to the Olympics, there I'm attacked by the redcoats. Then they tie me up and dangle me over a pit of snakes."
"Yeah I don't think that will happen," Gwen laughed. They got dressed, and went to go have breakfast.
"Yum, cold cereal," Gwen said sarcastically , as she grabbed a small box of fruit loops and a bowl.
"Yum yum," Ally said just as sarcastically. They seemed to be the only ones eating at the time, so they sat across from each other at the small table that was in the kitchen. "Ready to ski today?" Gwen, unlike Ally, had skied before, but she was taking the lesson from an instructor today because she hadn't skied in a while.
"Ready, you?"
"I'm a bit nervous, I know I'm going to make a fool of myself," Ally gave a short laugh.
"Yeah probably," Gwen chuckled. Just then the seat next to Gwen was taken by Ron and the seat next to Ally was taken by Calvin - who seemed to follow Ron around everywhere. They set down their bowls and started to dig in. Ally and Gwen exchanged glances that were have amused and half wondering at this development, but neither had an answer to the guys' strange behavior.
"You guys skiing today?" Ron asked suddenly.
"Yea, you?" Gwen answered.
"Yep. You guys taking the lesson?"
"Yeah, I haven't skied in a while and thought I should re-learn," Gwen answered.
"I've never skied before," Ally interjected into what seemed like a conversation between Ron and Gwen only.
"Me either," Ron said. "I'm taking the lesson too," he dug back into his breakfast, and within what seemed like seconds, was done. As suddenly as the two guys appeared they were gone.
"That was totally weird," Gwen said. Ally nodded her agreement.
They soon finished eating and went to go get ready for skiing. When Ally put on her ski outfit she sighed. She looked like a big, puffy marshmallow.
"What?" Gwen asked.
"I look like a big blue marshmallow. I'm a safety hazard, all the other skiers will fall and break their necks because I made them laugh so hard."
"They won't laugh at you, because you don't look like a marshmallow."
"You're just saying that," Ally said, but their youth group leader, John, called them them to get in the van if they were skiing.
When they got to the mountain after a fifteen minute drive. They got their gear and those who were taking the lesson, went to go meet their instructor. Ally and Gwen were talking when they heard a deep and beautiful voice, complete with an accent.
"Hi I'm Logan, your instructor," Ally and Gwen turned to see the perfect blonde from Wal-Mart.
"I dreamed of him," Gwen told Ally. Ally nodded knowing who she meant.

The Ski Trip Part I
Ally and Gwen walked into Wal-Mart with the rest of their youth group. They were on their way to upstate New York for their ski trip there. They had stopped here for lunch, and supplies, so they wouldn't have to stop again when they got there. Ally was excited for this trip, and Gwen-her best friend- was too. This was their first trip up here, and now that the seniors had left, the youth group was much closer. After they had got their food- they stood off to the side waiting for the others to finish ordering since they were going to eat on the road. They watched as people passed by. A couple minutes later Ron, Gwen's crush, came over with his friend Calvin. They didn't talk to them, but stood a bit of away off. Suddenly Ally spotted the hottest blonde ever. He had blonde curly hair and a body like a models. She immediately grabbed Gwen's arm.
"Check that out," she said. "Check-out number 5, blonde and perfect."
"Oh my gosh, he is perfect."
"Yeah too perfect," Ally said her excitement dieing. The daydreams of him asking her out faded. Why would he -or any guy- ask her out?
"What are you guys talking about?" Ron asked suddenly. The two girls turned to him suprised.
"Uh..." Gwen started. She had no idea what to say, but got an idea looking at the clothes. "That jacket, it's perfect."
"Oh, cool," he turned back to talk to Calvin, and Ally turned to see if perfect-guy was still there, but he was long gone. The rest of the youth group had just finished ordering, so they all piled into the church van and left.
Hours later they arrived at the house they were staying at - a family in their church's second home. Ally was exhausted from the trip, and just wanted to sleep, but they had to unpack, and would probably do some stupid "share your deepest secrets"- "bonding" time. Ally and Gwen both hated public speaking.
"I am so tired," Gwen said as they got out of the van and stretched.
"I know I feel like I've been sitting for like weeks," Ally said buttoning her pea coat against the cold wind. She looked around her, it looked like a winter wonderland. She looked at the ground which was covered with ice. Great, she thought. She did not to well with ice. Gwen noticed her expression and looked also, and sighed in exasperation. She too did not do well with ice. They carefully walked over to the van that carried all the stuff. They got into an assembly line and started to unpack the van. Somehow Gwen ended up next to Ron and Ally next to Jeremy - a guy who she off and on liked. A couple times when Gwen passed something to Ron their hands would touch, and despite her coat and gloves she would still get chills. Then she would blush and was thankful for the dim lighting, hoping Ron didn't notice, but she wondered if he had the same reaction. Ally didn't feel chills when she accidentally brushed hands with Jeremy, but talked to him about skiing. This was Ally's first time skiing and she was nervous about it -but didn't tell Jeremy that. Soon they had finished unpacking and dispersed to the rooms they claimed. Ally and Gwen slept in the main room with the rest of the girls. There actually was only four others girls. The boys would sleep upstairs. Then they made dinner and sat down for it. They all sat in the living room- where the girls would sleep- at a small table where they ate and talked. After a bible study they went to sleep-after talking for a while- eager for what the day would hold for them tomorrow.

Museum Trip (part III)
"What's his problem?" Ally said as soon as that rude guy was out of ear shot.
"That was a let down." Gwen stated sadly, looking down at her feet.
"Just know that it was nothing you did that would make him ignore you like he did. Or me either, for that matter."
Gwen sighed. "Whatever. Let's get lunch."
They sullenly walked to the food court.
"Now that I think about it, nothing really happened between us. He just wanted to share a bench with us. That's all. We overreact too much." Gwen said.
"Yea, let's not let it ruin our day." Ally said as she nibbled on a french fry. "Besides, we should have tried to talk to him, at least, instead of ignoring him."
"Yea." Gwen sighed.
They got up from their table and went on looking through the many galleries in the huge museum. They started laughing and having fun again. The next exhibit they walked into was the most famous one with all of the Van Goghs and Monets.
"Oh, Gwen I love this one!" Ally said, pointing at a blue Van Gogh.
"Ok take a picture of this." Gwen said as she started to go over to the painting to pose in front of it. She quickly stuck one arm out to outline the bottom of the painting and the other arm on the side. The frame of this particular painting was very intricate and large and it stuck out two inches from the wall. Gwen, who did not anticipate the jutting frame, was waiting for Ally to take the picture and realized that the painting was slowly starting to swing. Her eyes bugged out. Her arm had ever so slightly grazed the picture frame of the famous Van Gogh and she was starting to freak out. The light on Ally's camera finally flashed as Gwen spied a security guard starting to rush toward her.
Gwen could feel herself blushing and the redness creeping up her cheeks. Gwen quickly grabbed Ally's arm and escorted her to a different section of the exhibit. The security guard stood down but continued following the two girls around.
"I have to go to the bathroom." Gwen said loudly. Loud enough for some people to stare at her.
"Um, Ok." Ally said, looking surprised at Gwen's sudden outburst. They headed for the potty. The security guard did not follow.
When they were safely in the bathroom Gwen told the surprised Ally everything that had happened.
"What?!" Was all Ally could say.
"Yea." Gwen said laughing. "I can't believe you didn't notice the guard following us for the last ten minutes. I feel so stupid." She said smiling.
"It's just the last thing we could have done to get yelled at besides start climbing a sculpture." Ally sniggered.
"Ok, let's get going. What time is it, Nancy Drew?" Gwen said. Ally always had a watch.
"It's, uh, about three o'clock. We still have two hours till we have to go."
"Awesome. I think we saw practically everything in the museum expect all the stuff in the West Wing."
"Yea, we could do that. That's the medieval artifacts and 17th century French stuff," Ally said while looking a the map.
The West Wing was really cool and they both liked it.
"I kinda want to find that guy again. I want to talk to him." Gwen said. "What do you think the chances of us finding him are?"
"Hahaha. Practically zero." Ally laughed.
They set out looking for him in the West Wing.
"Ok, Gwen, which way should we go?" They had come to a four way stop and could go either left, right, or straight.
"Father, guide my sword!" Gwen said jokingly. "Uh, let's go right."
As soon as they started walking right they ran into him. Gwen and Ally looked at each other shocked. Gwen's face started turning red again for, like, the fifth time that day.
"Um, hi." the hot guy said. He had an amazing British accent.
"Hi." They both said in unison.
Oh. My. Goodness, Gwen thought.
"My name is Troy."
"My name is Ally, and this is my best friend Gwen."
"Nice to meet you. Again." Troy said, smiling, and surprisingly shook each of the girl's hands.
"Yea. You were the guy from the bench earlier, right?" Gwen said, pretending that she didn't remember him and know exactly who he was.
"Yes. That was me. Sorry for being so rude earlier." Troy said.
"Oh, that's ok," Ally said. Gwen just stared.
"The truth is that I was actually too nervous to talk to you two. Because... I thought you were so pretty. And it took we a lot of courage just to go over and sit next to you," Troy admitted nervously, but it was most appreciated by Gwen and Ally.
Troy's gaze fell upon Gwen. It seemed like five minutes went by. Then Gwen saw someone come up and grab Troy from behind. It was a huge bear hug.
"Awwww, come on Bryan." Troy groaned but had a huge smile on his face. The boys continued to wrestle a little, while Gwen and Ally observed and smiled at each other.
They finally ceased rough-housing. "Sorry about that," Troy said, "this is my friend Bryan."
"Hi," Bryan said to Gwen. He then looked at Ally's deep blue eyes and gracefully kissed her hand. Ally giggled and Bryan took her arm, and the led her out of the room.
Whoa, Gwen thought. Way to go, Ally!
Gwen was by herself with Troy in the room. There was an awkward silence as they both tried to avoid eye contact. They were both shy.
Maybe all my fantasies will finally come true if Troy turns out to be a nice guy and ask me out, Gwen thought.
Their wandering eyes finally met. Gwen sweetly sighed out loud before she knew that she really had done it out loud. He smiled a huge grin and took both of her hands in his. He slowly leaned in and kissed her.
Well, that was more than I expected. For once. She was the happiest she had ever been in her whole life.

Museum Trip (part II)
Gwen easily forgot her troubles as she and Ally made there way through the magnificent paintings in the museum. They wandered around looking at paintings, sculptures, jewelry, Tiffany glass, and pottery while talking and laughing together, and of course getting yelled at plenty of times by the security guards about stupid stuff.
"Lets go look at the Greek and Roman sculptures." Gwen said.
"Sure."
"I'm getting a little tired," Gwen said while walking through the bright, high-ceiling room adorned with beautiful sculptures. "Lets sit down right here." They sat on a little stone bench near the right wall next to the giant window.
"Sorry to bring this up but look at that!" Ally half whispered, half exclaimed as she gestured toward a tall blond guy that had just entered the room.
"Wow." Gwen didn't mean to but she immediately imagined him coming up to her and talking to her. It was a simple thought but she felt that it was nearly impossible for a guy to like her.
There eyes both followed him around the room as his noble brow fell upon each sculpture. He looked like a sculpture himself. He had that perfect chiseled jaw line, lean body, and he even had smooth ivory skin. Beautiful. Ally and Gwen were talking amongst themselves about how he seemed like the perfect guy when Gwen snuck another glance at him. She did a complete double take. Was he looking at me? Was he looking at me?
Ally followed Gwen's gaze. "He is SO looking at you."
"Oh, goodness."
"What?"
"I think he's coming over here." Gwen's face started to turn red and she could feel goose bumps prickling her arms. "Ok, try to look cool," she whispered to Ally, but was really directed to herself.
For what seemed like an eternity, they watched as he headed their way. Slowly, step after step. Tick tock. They tried not to look up.
"Ummm, excuse me? Is anyone sitting here?" He asked.
"What?" Gwen was a little disoriented. Her minds expectation had fallen short again, but she knew no one would be able to meet those standards anyway. Whatever, she thought, I'm making a fool of myself already.
"Yea, sure," Ally luckily swooped in and saved the day, and Gwen yet again from an embarrassing situation. "No one's sitting here."
"Thanks."
He glided onto the end of the bench next to Gwen. All conversation had ceased and they sat in an awkward silence. He seemed to not notice, while Gwen and Ally were giving each other nervous glances. The dream guy was staring into space.
"Ugh, this sucks," Gwen whispered to Ally.
All of a sudden, dream guy made an agitated noise, looked at the girls, got up and left.
